Gebrannte Mandeln aus der Mikrowelle

Hier ist ein super leckeres und verdammt schnelles Rezept für gebrannte Mandeln aus der Mikrowelle. Ihr liebt frische und knusprige gebrannte Mandeln vom Rummel? Dann schaut euch dieses Rezept an, es wird euch begeistern.

Für  die gebrannten Mandeln benötigt ihr 200 Gramm ungeschälte Mandeln, 2 Teelöffel Zimt, 4 Esslöffel Zucker und 1 ½ Esslöffel Wasser.

Nun die ganzen Zutaten in einen Mikrowellenbehälter mischen und für 2 Minuten bei 600 Watt erhitzen. Nach den zwei Minuten die gebrannten Mandeln nochmal umrühren und nochmals für 2 Minuten bei 600 Watt erwärmen. Jetzt müssen die gebrannten Mandeln nur noch ein bisschen abkühlen. Schmeckt wie frisch vom Rummel.

Weihnachtstipp: Zu den gebrannten Mandeln passt ein leckerer Glühwein mit Orangescheiben.
